Roundtown transformed the former Fayetteville City Hall into 240 Glynn Street. Rich in history, this building holds many memories with community members. We were honored to turn it into a go-to place for the community. The redevelopment project was well-crafted and hosted intentional partners to complement and elevate the neighborhood, creating a destination for locals and visitors.
